A child giving birth of a child

In her 10 of age, a young girl giving birth of a child. A new born child was delivered by caesar surgery in Women's Hospital at Puebla city.

The young mother, who's name kept secret, delivered at her 31th days of pregnancy. The premature baby still in intensive care facility due to pneumonia. Who is the boy's father still not yet known. The District Attorney General still conduct an investigation about whether the young mother was a rape victim or not.

This isn't the first time a young child giving birth of a child in Mexico. On August 2010, a young girl name Amalia delivered her baby after she rejected to have an abortion while her pregnancy is four month. She was eleven when it happen.

She has been repeatedly rape by her step father when she was 10 years old. How ever the law forbid abortion if the pregnancy is above three month. Mexican law said that a young mother can not have an abortion, except she can proof that she was a victim of sexual crime. Women that abortion will prosecute with penalty or jail sentence if they can not proof that they have been rape. That law is still in review.
